Credit and Account Representative

Job Description

Armour Transportation Systems is currently seeking a Credit and Account Representative to join our team in Moncton, NB

Responsibilities

• Initiate and follow up timely on calls to customers to collect and settle outstanding account balances.
• Respond to internal and external calls and emails promptly and courteously.
• Work with various internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Work with customers on payment plans as required.
• Responsible for the timely escalation of unresolved payment issues to Management.
• Update customer account profiles as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to deal with conflict and negotiate a win/win resolution.
• Ability to adapt to ever changing priorities.

Assets:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Knowledge of the Transportation Industry.
• Knowledge of TruckMate Software.
• Previous experience in Collections.
