Home health care worker for elderly and disabled individuals. - Provide daily assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Assist with household chores and meal preparation as necessary. - Administer medication and assist with medical appointments. - Monitor and document changes in clients' physical and mental conditions. - Communicate regularly with healthcare team and family members. - Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for clients.

Job Duties

• Administer medicine
• Inspect wounds and change dressings
• Test for things like infection, weakness, and bedsores
• Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks
• Monitor patients and keep their treating physician in the loop
• Collecting and disposing of general waste or recyclable items
• Responding to complaints and inquiries from homeowners
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
• Dress or redress open wounds and assess progress of healing
• taking blood pressure, temperature and pulse at regular intervals
• serving meal trays, feeding or assisting in feeding patients
