3 Day Programs - Contract Positions with ongoing intakes. First Intake will be week of Feb 17, 2024** (tentative) Responsibilities: Cover program theory using academy approved manual Provide examples from lash tech experience Guide classes of 6+ students on lash beds through classic lash sets Help students apply eyelash extensions to models following established techniques and safety protocols Conduct consultations with students and their models Teach how to properly sanitize tools and equipment Educate students on proper aftercare and maintenance of their eyelash extensions Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth class flow Classroom: Possess knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques, including classic and volume. Please note, this class will be classic lash only in Feb 2024* Educate: Ability to effectively communicate and educate students on different lash styles, aftercare, and maintenance Ability to connect with different types of learners with possible learning disabilities or language barriers Please note this is a contract position with the Interior Academy over program dates. Program Instructor will be provided a operations lead/program facilatator, and support instructor(s) for large classes. We do not have a fiscal address in Prince George.
